Why Attend a Virtual Conference?

Cost and time savings

In-person conferences require travel, lodging, and meal expenses. Add in the cost of time spent away from work, home and dealing with scheduling conflicts or travel issues, and virtual conferences are a cost-effective alternative.

Networking

Learn from and connect via chat or video with other participants as well as leading transportation experts, after sessions, in chat rooms, or the exhibit hall.

Education

Explore and learn about new products and services by connecting with exhibitors. Chat or video stream live with exhibitors. Get access to links, videos, and downloadable materials.

Quality

Access to the same high-quality content that you’ve come to expect from this conference

Value

Professional development at a reduced rate

Engagement

Live interaction with speakers and exhibitors, similar to the in-person conference

Convenience

Conflicting sessions? No problem! Access video recordings of any sessions you might have missed.

Comfort and well-being

Virtual events allow you to attend from the comfort of your home or office — in a much more relaxed environment. You can sit on your couch or in your own office and just enjoy the presentations.
